Model RM-1500
The RM-1500 Stacker Crane is an economical alternative to a fork truck for repetitive material handling operations. Pallet loads weighing up to 4,000 lbs. can be transferred from the conveyor to the floor for handling with pallet jacks. Loads can also be double stacked.
First, palletized product is positioned on an infeed conveyor for pick up. Next, forks extend into pallet and lift it from the conveyor. The load is then rotated 180 degrees and placed on the floor. The forks retract and return to home position.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
