Model RM-1150b
The RM-1150 is a basic and reliable system designed to transfer cases and combo boxes from one type of pallet to another for shipping, storage, or to meet in house production requirements. The system utilizes a pallet dispenser and stacker to minimize pallet handling.
Palletized product is loaded into the system with a fork truck or infeed conveyor and positioned in front of the push plate. A single pallet is dispensed and conveyed into position under the stripper plate. The product is then pushed from pallet to stripper plate. The plate retracts, placing the cases onto the pallet. The empty pallet is automatically stacked in a storage magazine. The transferred load is removed with a fork truck or discharged to a conveyor.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
