Model LP-2000
The LP-2000 is designed to square stacks of pallets for palletized product loads prior to entering or exiting an automated system.
Stacks of pallets or product are received from a conveyor or loaded into the system with a fork truck. Once product is received into the system, two squaring plates extend squaring two sides of the load. Plates retract and load is rotated 90 degrees. Squaring plates extend again squaring other two sides of product. Plates retract and load is returned to home position. Squared load is discharged to customer’s conveyor or removed by fork truck.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
