The 50-57-3 automatically dispense pallets from storage magazines. Pallets also have option to receive a single slip sheet from RM-975 Sheet Dispenser.
Stacks of pallets are loaded into each magazine with a fork truck. A hydraulic lift and pallet holding bars are utilized to dispense individual pallets. Pallet is then positioned on conveyor with pallet stop to receive a single slip sheet from the RM-975.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
