The 50-57 automatically dispenses pallets from a storage magazine. Unit will discharge pallets 90 degrees from magazine loading.
Stack of pallets is loaded into magazine with a fork truck. A hydraulic lift and pallet holding bars are utilized to dispense individual pallets. Single pallets are discharged with a powered conveyor installed inside dispenser.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
