Model 100-57G
The Model 100-57GB is fully automatic and performs pallet loading at floor level. Long cases with fluorescent tubes, construction materials, etc. can be placed on a pallet, slip sheet or cart. Pallet dispenser, sheet dispenser and conveyors are available as options.
Single cases are metered into system with a powered roller conveyor. A pallet, slip sheet or cart is placed into position under lifting forks. Individual cases are transferred from infeed conveyor to forks, forming a complete layer. This layer is then stripped from forks onto pallet or sheet.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
