The Newcastle 50-57XJ is a fully automated, floor-level pallet dispenser and stacker. This unit can handle various pallet sizes and eliminates the physical handling of pallets.
A single pallet is automatically removed from the bottom of the stack and positioned on the floor. Using a pallet jack, the pallet is then unloaded from the machine. The operation can be reversed, stacking the pallets in a magazine. The entire stack can then be unloaded with a pallet jack.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
