The Newcastle Load Stacking System is designed to automatically double stack full loads on pallets.
Palletized product is received and positioned for stacking with a power roller conveyor. Forks extend into pallet and lift load for stacking. With a second pallet in position under the first, the suspended load is then lowered and double stacked. The stacked product is discharged onto the customer’s conveyor.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
