PSB Inserter and Removal
RM-1250 lifts pallet load from conveyor to suspend load for board insertion or removal
RM-995 is a pick and place gantry style system that will dispense and stack single board/PSB for pallet load.
Inserting
Pallet load is received on conveyor and stops in position for RM-1250 Pallet Lifter. Load forks move forward and engage pallet to lift load from conveyor. Single board/PSB is dispensed by RM-995 and conveys under suspended load. Pallet load is lowered on to board and completed load is discharged to conveyor system.
Removal
Pallet load with board/PSB is received on conveyor and stops in position for RM-1250 Pallet Lifter. Load forks move forward and engage pallet to lift load from conveyor. Board/PSB is conveyed from under the pallet load to RM-995 Stacker. Single board is placed in stack. Pallet load without board is discharged to conveyor system.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
