RM-995
The RM-995 is a pick and place gantry style system that will dispense single board/PSB from a stack and place on an adjacent conveyor.
Stack of boards/PSBs are loaded into the system by fork truck or conveyor system. Single board is picked from the top of the stack with gantry head and travels to adjacent dispense conveyor. Stacking operation can be accomplished in the same system with separate programming.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
