The Newcastle 50-57A is an adjustable dispenser designed to handle a range of pallet sizes. After setting the guides, a fork truck is used to load the magazine. The bottom pallet is removed with a set of holding bars and a hydraulic lift. The single pallet is then discharged with a powered conveyor installed in the dispenser.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
