Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Single quarter or half pallets are received from upstream conveyor and positioned on conveyor. Newcastle RM-1250 pallet lifter engages pallets and lifts from conveyor. Single empty pallet is dispensed under suspended load. Product is placed on shipping pallet and discharge to downstream stretch wrapper or strapping system.
