Model RM-1750
The RM-1750 automatically transfers product on a slip sheet from a pallet to a roller conveyor. A hydraulic push/pull attachment is then utilized to transfer the product.
The roller conveyor automatically positions the product on a slip sheet and pallet for transfer. A push/pull attachment extends, clamps the sheet tab and retracts, then pulls
the sheet with product from the pallet. The empty pallet is removed with a fork truck or automatically stacked in a storage magazine. Transferred load is discharged with a roller conveyor.
Quarter and half pallet palletizer is a fully automatic system that configures quarter and half size pallets to be palletized on standard sized shipping pallet. Pallet dispenser and sheet dispensers can be added as options to the system.
Electric lift system raises cased product to high level conveyor for operator unloading. All controls designed to fit operator needs.
